3. The water protection shall be checked and cleaned frequently. The water protection float switch cannot be flushed with the cooling water or the water protection float switch cannot be reset. Short circuit method cannot be used to solve the problem.
4. The suction device shall be checked and cleaned on schedule, and the fan duct shall be cleaned. Otherwise, a lot of smoke and dust cannot be discharged, quickly contaminating the lenses and laser tubes, so that mechanical and electronic components can easily oxidize and cause poor contact.
5. Focus lens and reflector inspection, the lens frame will heat up after working, and the lens surface will change color and rust; Stripping and cracking are the objects to be replaced, especially many customers use large air pumps and air compressors, which cause water accumulation on the focusing lens. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly ensure the cleanness and quality of the lens in the optical path system.
6. The working environment of the laser cutting machine should not be too bad. If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 ℃ and lower than 18 ℃, there will be too much dust and serious air pollution. In this way, the machine will be damaged and the failure rate will rise continuously; The electrical accessories are easy to have problems in humid environment.
