How to adjust the cutting accuracy of the laser cutting machine?
How can the laser cutting machine be adjusted to make the best use of the material it cuts? In fact, machines, like people, need regular maintenance. In this way, the equipment can be kept in a relatively good operating state. There are many components of the laser cutting equipment, and the maintenance period of some parts is relatively short. So it often needs someone to maintain it.
How to debug metal laser cutting machine:
1、 Adjust the machine assembly to improve the cutting effect.
1. Guide rail installation:
When installing the guide rail, keep it parallel. When the laser equipment leaves the factory, it needs to be debugged repeatedly to ensure the cutting effect of each equipment. If the guide rails are not parallel, there will be resistance when the machine runs. Most of the things cut out have serrated edges, so the guide rails of the Y axis need to be parallel.
2. Bad installation position of the beam and coupling: if the screws of the beam and coupling of the machine are not locked during installation, or if they are inclined or loose, the cutting effect of the laser cutting machine will be affected.
2、 Adjust the parameters of the laser machine to improve the cutting speed of the machine.
Machine parameter setting: during the cutting process, the machine parameters need to be adjusted step by step. In general, if the machine is not adjusted well, the cutting speed will be affected, or the speed or the effect. How to achieve the state of taking both speed and effect into consideration is something we need to debug according to the customer's material. When leaving the factory, every parameter of the laser cutting machine is set, but in the later stage, with the needs of the user, It can be adjusted by itself. In general, the following points should be paid attention to when setting parameters:
1. Initial speed:
As the name implies, this setting is the starting speed of the machine. First of all, the faster the initial speed, the better. In fact, if the speed is too fast, the machine may shake very badly at the beginning.
2. Acceleration:
Acceleration is a process of acceleration from the initial speed to the normal cutting when the machine is in production. Similarly, there will be a process of deceleration when the machine is ready to finish cutting. If the acceleration is too low, the cutting speed of the machine will slow down.
3、 The precision adjustment method of laser cutting machine.
1. When the focal laser spot is adjusted to the minimum, the spot shooting is performed to establish the effect. The focal length is determined by the size of the spot effect. As long as we recognize that the laser spot is at the minimum, then this position is the appropriate processing focal length, so we can start processing.
2. In the first part of the laser cutting machine debugging, we can use some test papers and workpiece wastes to spot judge the accuracy of the focal length position. When moving the position of the height of the upper and lower laser heads, there will be different size changes in the laser spot size. Adjust different positions several times to find the smallest spot position to determine the focal length and the appropriate position of the laser head. The workpiece processed by laser cutting machine has no burr, wrinkle and high precision, which is superior to plasma cutting. For many mechanical and electrical manufacturing industries, CNC laser cutting systems are often preferred over blanking and die pressing processes because they can easily cut workpieces of different shapes and sizes; It does not need to repair the mold, but also saves the time of replacing the mold, thus saving the processing cost and reducing the product cost, so it is more economical on the whole.
