3、 Lens cleaning: every day
There are mirrors and lenses on the machine. The laser light is reflected by these lenses and then focused or directly focused and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust and other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage.
Maintenance method: check the mirror every two months. Check the protective lens or focus lens before going to and from work every day. If dirt is found, clean it with a rubber ball. If it can't be removed, use cleaning products and absolute ethanol to gently wipe it in the same direction. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.
Maintenance cycle: the protective mirror or focus mirror shall be inspected once every morning and evening, and the reflection mirror shall be inspected once every two months.
4、 Screws and couplings shall be fastened
After the motion system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the motion joints are easy to loosen, which will affect the stability of mechanical movement. Guide rail and rack, as one of the core components of the equipment, are used to guide or support. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surfaces of guide rails, racks and other components for a long time, which will affect the processing accuracy of the equipment.
Maintenance method: first wipe off the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with non-woven fabric, and then wipe the lubricating oil on the guide rail and rack for maintenance.

6、 The optical path needs to be checked before work
The optical path system of the laser cutting machine is focused by the reflection mirror and the lens together or only by the lens.
