Bridge Design Is Everything

• Letters with enclosed counters (a, e, o) need bridges so the middle does not fall out — add two thin ties at 12 and 6 o'clock.
• Keep bridges 0.5–1 mm; too thin and they snap, too thick and the gap shows in paint.
• Round outside corners so the stencil lies flat on a wall.
• For screen print, leave a 2–3 cm margin around the art to tape the frame.

Using and Cleaning

Tape the stencil down, pounce or spray lightly, lift straight up to avoid bleed. Wash Mylar in warm soapy water and reuse dozens of times. Acrylic templates wipe and stack.
