The laser and water cooler will be damaged, which will cause unnecessary property losses to customers. Therefore, in order to avoid the above situations, when using the laser cutting machine in winter, be sure to follow the following precautions:
1. The operating ambient temperature of the laser cutting machine must be above 0 ℃, which is mainly due to the prevention of machine damage caused by low ambient temperature. Once the laser water cooler stops working, it will cause the water in the waterway system to freeze, affect the normal use of the equipment, and seriously damage the whole refrigeration system.
2. When the ambient temperature of the equipment is lower than 0 ℃, the laser water cooler in an inoperative state will freeze, thereby damaging the laser tube and water cooling system. If the laser machine and water cooler stop working (such as power failure) and no antifreeze is added, the water in the water circuit system must be emptied in time, and the water in the laser must be emptied with compressed air or nitrogen (air pressure about 5bar), and the water in the water cooler pump and pipeline must be emptied manually, It is required that the water in the waterway system (including the laser machine) must be emptied
