The characteristics of filter element dust removal equipment are as follows:
1. For the use of filter material folding, the layout density is large, the dust removal equipment is compact in structure, small in volume, and the filter material performance requires high rigidity;
2. The filter element is small in height and easy to install.
3. Compared with dust removal equipment with the same volume, the filtering area is relatively large, the filtering wind speed is small, and the resistance is small;
4. The filter material folding grid requires that both ends be sealed strictly without air leakage, otherwise the effect will be reduced.
The dust particle size of the laser cutting machine is very small, and the flue gas may contain oil and sparks. The probability of ignition of its filter is high. The quality of the filter material of the dust remover itself must be good before it can be used for a long time. The use of film coated flame-retardant filter material is necessary. At the same time, combined with reasonable filtering wind speed, partial flow distribution in the dust remover, high-efficiency pulse ash removal system, reasonably selected fans, etc., it can ensure the long-term and safe operation of the cutting dust remover.
