Drive failure of woodworking engraving machine
1) Performance: during the engraving process of the woodworking engraving machine, the movement is normal, but after the processing is completed, the return point when returning to the workpiece origin is inconsistent with the definition point at the beginning of the engraving process.
Cause: the driver fails. Replace the driver and check whether the power supply voltage of the driver is normal.
2) In the carving and processing process of woodworking carving machine, especially in the processing process, it is easy to stop: ① the power supply voltage of the driver is unstable; ② The output current of the driver is too small
Solution: check whether the power supply voltage is normal. If it is abnormal, please provide corresponding voltage regulator; Adjust the driver output current according to the driver wiring diagram and parameter adjustment section.
Running fault of water cooling motor of woodworking engraving machine
Click "spindle open" in the control system, and the spindle motor will not rotate.
① Check the data cable interface. If the interface is loose, reconnect it.
② Check whether the inverter power supply is normal.
③ Check whether there is any error prompt on the LED display screen of the frequency converter. Please refer to the frequency converter commissioning during the frequency converter commissioning, and reset the frequency converter parameters.
④ If the above problems do not exist, then click the spindle to start, and check whether the spindle motor has a startup sound, and the rotating shaft cannot rotate freely. Please check the line connection from the output end of the frequency converter to the spindle motor. The problem is that the line is disconnected
