So what are the techniques for adjusting the optical path of the laser cutting machine?
           
1. Check whether the laser can hit the first reflector, if not, adjust the position of the first mirror.

2. Check whether the laser can hit the second and third reflectors. If not, the M1, M2, and M3 screws behind the upper reflectors cannot be used.

3. Move the laser head to the upper left corner and make another laser dot, and check whether it is at the same position as the dot in the upper right corner. If not, adjust the M1, M2, and M3 screws of the second reflector to make the dot in the same position as the dot in the upper right corner.

4. Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape on the light entrance of the laser lens barrel, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the table and press the TEST key on the control panel to make a laser point.

5. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, observe whether the dot is at the same position as the upper right corner, and adjust the second reflector.

6. Repeat the adjustments as described in 4 and 5 above, so that the final three laser points are at the same position.

7. Check whether the focus is in the center: put a mirror vertically below the focus mirror, place a transparent plastic sheet under the lens barrel close to the lens barrel (that is, hold it in hand) and press the TEST button to hit the laser to see if the laser spot hits the center of the focus mirror. Be careful of laser burns when holding a plastic sheet, and keep your hands away from the vertical plane of the lens.
