However, it is precisely because of the high-density energy characteristics of lasers that when laser processing or cutting shoe upper materials, especially light colored materials (such as white beige) or special materials (such as mirror materials), the surface or interior of the shoe upper is prone to burning or yellowing.

To prevent this phenomenon from occurring, it is necessary to provide certain protective treatment to the surface of the shoe upper during production and processing. The usual methods are:

1、 Apply protective film, be sure to apply it flat and tightly, without any bubbles.

2、 Soak some shoe uppers, this method is suitable for certain materials.

3、 Adjust the laser processing parameters using multiple small fires.
