Therefore, the air compressor is essential for each laser cutting equipment and is also very important for the laser cutting machine.

1. Air; It can be supplied directly by the air compressor, so it is very cheap compared with other gases. Although the air contains about 20% oxygen, the cutting efficiency is far less than that of oxygen, and the cutting ability is similar to that of nitrogen. There will be a small amount of oxide film on the cutting surface, but it can be used as a measure to prevent the coating layer from falling off. The cut end face turns yellow.

The main applicable materials are aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless copper, brass, galvanized steel plate, non-metallic and so on.

2. Nitrogen; When some metals are cut, oxygen will form an oxide film on the cutting surface, and nitrogen can be used to prevent non-oxidation cutting of the oxide film. The non-oxidation cutting mask has the characteristics of direct welding and coating, and strong corrosion resistance. The end face of the cut is white.

The main applicable plates are stainless steel, galvanized steel plate, brass, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.

3. Oxygen; It is mainly used for cutting carbon steel by laser cutting machine. While using oxygen reaction heat to improve cutting efficiency in large format, the oxide film produced will improve the beam spectral absorption factor of the reflective material. The end face of the cut is black or dark yellow.

It is mainly applicable to rolled steel, rolled steel for welding structure, carbon steel for mechanical structure, high tension plate, tool plate, stainless steel, galvanized steel plate, copper, copper alloy, etc.

The laser cutting machine uses air cutting, and the air compressor is a very important auxiliary equipment. Of course, although it is cost-free to use air cutting, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the air compressor, which directly affects the purity and air pressure of the air, and also affects the overall cutting quality. 2. Intake valve seal. Check the condition of the sealing ring when the air compressor of the laser cutting machine works every 4000 hours, and replace it if necessary.

3. Compressor lubricating oil. Check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient every 1000 hours and replace it every 4000 hours.

4. Oil filter. Replace new parts every 2000 hours.

5. Oil vapor separator. A new part needs to be replaced every 4000 hours.

6. Pressure valve. Clean every 4000 hours and check whether the opening pressure is normal.

7. Safety valve. Check whether its action is sensitive every 4000 hours.

8. Drain valve. Drain water and dirt every 2000 hours.

9. Drive belt. Adjust the tightness every 2000 hours, check the wear condition every 4000 hours, and decide whether to replace it according to the wear condition.

10. Motor maintenance. Carry out maintenance according to the motor operation instructions.
