When the laser cutting machine is running, the laser head is always shaking, or it moves up and down slightly when cutting. What's the matter? To solve this problem, we need to carefully screen the device parameter settings layer by layer, so please carefully watch the judgment path to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Follow jitter during cutting [1]
Judgment path: DIF value is greater than 30; DIF value drops to less than 30
【1】 Follow the jitter in the cutting process, and first judge whether it is interference. Jog the cutting head 2-3 mm from the plate, press 5 on the main interface of the height adjuster, observe the DIF value, and judge whether the maximum value of DIF exceeds 30.
【2】 If the DIF value is greater than 30, it indicates that there is electromagnetic interference in the system. We can cut off the XY axis servo motor, air compressor, frequency converter and other large power consumption electrical equipment, and then observe whether the DIF value is reduced to less than 30.
【3】 If the DIF value decreases to less than 30, it means that the interference is from the servo or external electrical equipment. Check whether the grounding of the servo motor or external electrical equipment is good. The power of the servo motor can be sheathed with a magnetic ring. The FG of the power input port of the height regulator is grounded. The grounding scheme is shown in the following figure:

【2】 If the DIF value is greater than 30, it indicates that there is electromagnetic interference in the system. 【3】 If the DIF value is still greater than 30, and there is no significant change in the value. Then the interference may come from the power supply for the height regulator. Replace the switching power supply for the height regulator.

【2】 If the DIF value is still less than 30. It indicates that the jitter is not caused by the interference of the capacitance sensor. First, calibrate the height adjuster again to ensure that there is a board under the cutting head. Click the Follow On button on the height adjuster to observe whether the cutting head jitters.
【3】 Turn on and then jitter occurs. It may be that the rigid setting of the servo driver is too small or too large. In addition, this may also happen if the coupling of the Z-axis module screw rod slips.

【3】 The cutting head does not shake after opening. Then turn off the laser switch, simulate the processing in the gas outlet state, and observe whether the cutting head shakes.
【4】 If the cutting head shakes in the air outlet state, it may be that the sensing head of the cutting head is damaged or not installed properly. Please reinstall the sensing head or replace the corresponding accessories.

Judgment path: DIF is less than 30: the cutting head does not shake when it is opened; the cutting head does not shake when it is in the air outlet state; if it shakes, it cuts a thin plate (≤ 3mm)
【1】 Follow the jitter in the cutting process, and first judge whether it is interference. Jog the cutting head 2-3 mm from the plate, press 5 on the main interface of the height adjuster, observe the DIF value, and judge whether the maximum value of DIF exceeds 30.
【2】 If the DIF value is still less than 30. It indicates that the jitter is not caused by the interference of the capacitance sensor. First, calibrate the height adjuster again to ensure that there is a board under the cutting head. Click the Follow On button on the height adjuster to observe whether the cutting head jitters.
【3】 The cutting head does not shake after opening. Then turn off the laser switch, simulate the processing in the gas outlet state, and observe whether the cutting head shakes.
【4】 If the cutting head does not shake under the air outlet state, judge whether the actual cutting plate is a thin plate.
【5】 If it is a thin plate (≤ 3mm) when shaking. The following gain level of the height adjuster can be lowered, as shown in the figure below. The LV value can be lowered slowly by clicking Follow.
Enter the F2 parameter - 8 advanced parameter of the height adjuster, turn on the vibration suppression function of the height adjuster, and adjust the vibration suppression time appropriately. The greater the vibration suppression time, the stronger the vibration suppression function.

Judgment path: DIF is less than 30: the cutting head does not shake when it is opened; the cutting head does not shake when it is in the air outlet state; if it shakes, it cuts thick plate (≥ 6mm)

【3】 The cutting head does not shake after opening. Then turn off the laser switch, simulate the processing in the gas outlet state, and observe whether the cutting head shakes.
【4】 If the cutting head does not shake under the air outlet state, judge whether the actual cutting plate is a thin plate.
【5】 In case of shaking, thick plate (≥ 6mm) is cut. At the same time, the Berthu FSCUT8000 CNC bus system is used, so you can try to open the thick plate cutting mode
