Increase the laser marking speed: the laser marking speed is related to the performance of the galvanometer. Now the domestic galvanometer is very mature. Generally, the speed of the domestic digital galvanometer can reach 10000mm/s, and it is already fast when the speed is set to 5000mm/s. Of course, it should be changed while ensuring the laser marking effect.
Increase the laser power: After the speed of the laser marking machine increases, the laser energy per unit area of laser marking becomes smaller. To keep the laser marking effect unchanged, it is necessary to increase the laser power. The fiber laser is controlled by the percentage of laser control. In order to prolong the service life of the fiber laser, the setting is generally not greater than 80%. The end pump and semiconductor laser are adjusted according to the requirements of the laser power supply to increase the power supply. If it is an external control (controlled by the laser marking software), it can be directly adjusted on the marking software, as shown in the figure. If it is controlled internally, the current should be increased through the panel of the laser power supply. Thus, the laser power is increased and the laser marking effect is kept unchanged. Of course, it should be changed while ensuring the laser marking effect.
Change the track type of filling and the spacing of filling: the filling type is set to "bow type," which is the fastest, because all lines are connected together, and there is no light on delay and light off delay of laser starting point and end point. The larger the filling spacing is, the fewer lines will be filled, and the fewer corresponding processing contents will be. So the faster. Of course, it should be changed while ensuring the laser marking effect.
Other ways to improve the speed and efficiency of the laser marking machine are to add automatic feeding and receiving devices such as assembly lines or vibrating plates to replace manual operation and improve the efficiency of the laser marking machine.
