1. No response after booting
Whether the power fuse is burnt out: replace the fuse.
Whether the power input is normal: please check the power input and make it normal.
Whether the main power switch is damaged: please replace the main power switch.
2. No laser output or weak laser
Whether the light path is offset: please carefully adjust the light path.
Whether the reflector is dirty or damaged: Clean or replace the reflector.

3. Cutting/engraving depth is not ideal
Whether the cutting/engraving processing parameters are normal: set appropriate processing parameters.
Whether the laser power setting is normal: set the laser power correctly.

4. Computer and equipment are not connected
Whether the scanning switch is on: turn on the scanning switch.
Whether the sports system is powered on: please check the power supply of the sports system and make it normal.
Whether the DSP motion control card is damaged: please replace the DSP motion control card.
Whether the signal wire is loose: reinsert the signal wire plug and fix it.
5. Processing size error or movement error
Whether the whole machine and computer are properly grounded: properly grounding the equipment and computer.
Whether the signal line is normal: replace the signal line.
Computer operating system failure or virus infection: reinstall the operating system or disinfect.
Whether the computer is running normally: Please replace or dispose of the computer.
Unstable power supply or interference signal: please install voltage regulator or eliminate interference signal.
Whether the application software is normal: Please reinstall the software and driver software of the motion control card.
Whether the machining parameters (such as layout, etc.) are set correctly: reset the corresponding parameters

6. Sliding block movement is not ideal
Whether the sliding block of the carriage and the sliding block are dirty: Clean the sliding block and the sliding block.
